How can I get a quote for my project? Just fill out the Request a Quote form and one of our experts will contact you the same business day if the request is before 3pm CST. All quotes are valid for 30 days. All Quotation Totals are before applicable taxes and shipping charges and quantity may vary by +/- 10%. Orders requiring exact card counts are subject to a 5% price increase. Card Production Questions:How long will it take to receive my order? Once you approve our card proof and data proof, if applicable, we will supply you an estimated ship date. It is always our goal to complete your job in 7-10 business days. Quantity, after press options and time of year can affect total production time. Are cards only printed on PVC plastic? No, we offer cards on several substrates including PVC (most common), Teslin, paper, and some clear substrates. Yes, we offer both Recycled substrates as well as substrates composed of Earth Friendly materials. What if I do not have artwork? Our experienced and talented Graphics Staff can assist you with art needs. There is a $95 per hour fee, with a half hour minimum, if we have to create the card for you. For best results, any artwork you supply us (i.e. logo) should be in high resolution format. Signature Card can be your one-stop shop for your total marketing effort. We can aid you in designing any paper collateral that goes with your project and have them printed - coordinating the total look and fulfillment of your project. Payment Questions:Payment for your order must be received before final production. We accept payment via credit card (Visa, MC, Discover, and AMEX), cash, check, or pre-approved terms with a credit card authorization form on file. Once you approve our Quote and place your order, you will receive a Pre-Invoice. Pre-Invoices are subject to change upon completion of project and final shipping costs. Our pricing includes one initial PDF proof. Additional proofs due to customer revisions are $30 each for minor text changes and movement. Color changes, layout revisions. etc. are $30 each plus an hourly art fee of $95 (half hour minimum). Digital Paper Proofs are $30 each plus shipping. Data Paper Proofs from supplied files are $20.00 plus shipping. Data Sample Cards are $35 per set plus shipping. Actual Press samples are $250 for 20 samples. All prices are FOB our plant. You are welcome to use your own shipping account with a $5 handling fee or we will use ours and bill you. Estimated shipping is based on UPS ground. Pricing is based upon our receipt of both electronic artwork and data files which meet Signature Card’s graphic specs (See Graphic Specs) and data specs (See Data Specs) ART modifications will be billed at $95/hr (half hour minimum). Data file setup or modification is billed at $35 / data file. Data file charges may be applied upon review of your data files. Do you offer Card and Collateral Storage? Card storage is charged annually at the following rates: Up to 9,999 cards $30 per thousand; 10,000 - 24,999 cards at $25 per thousand; 25,000 plus at $20 per thousand. If you are handling my fulfillment, how is Postage handled? Payment for U.S. Postage must be received before your project is mailed. Contact your sales person as to when payment must be received and for how much. What if I must cancel the order? You are responsible for all expenses and work produced prior to receipt of your cancellation, such as graphics time, film, and plate production. Need to send packets to your membership? Signature Card can take care of printing all the elements of your membership packet and send targeted mailings to your targeted audience, using your data.
