Personalization to Your Cards

Complete in-house personalization services will further customize your plastic cards.
Customer supplied data files or sequential numbering are all handled with utmost attention to detail by our personalization experts in our secured data area. For example, we can help you create custom gift cards for your customers with their names on them or other unique data you choose.

For plastic card projects of 2500 pieces or more, a data proof will be sent for your approval and sign-off. Data proofs will verify the exact elements such as barcode type, encoding track number(s) and start and stop numerical sequence.

All of Signature Card’s data services are available as one time, one job applications, or as a component for on-going fulfillment projects.

Imaging
Available colors are black, white, red, blue, green, gold and silver.

Thermal (flat) personalization and high resolution ink jet drop-on-demand is available for barcodes as well as any type of PIN numbers, text, or solid color art objects such as logos. Scratch-off panels can also be added for data security.

Thermal printing also works as a design element by allowing your choice of fonts, size color and placement.
Embossing Your Cards
Raised numbers and letters, with or without tipping, give your cards a“credit card” look and feel. Tipping, colored foil applied with heat over the raised characters, is available in black, gold or silver. Commonly embossed details are account numbers, customer names and expiration dates.

Encoding
All types and sizes of magnetic stripes can be encoded to meet your needs and match your system requirements.Our state-of-the-art equipment will not only encode your data, but will also verify the accuracy of that encoding and reject imperfect cards. Corresponding human readable numbers are typically applied at the same time.

Our ISO standard cards can be programmed to work with the many gift card systems available in today’s retail market, or can be provided without encoding to hotels and other applications with the ability to encode on-site.
